Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Bottomless Supply Inc. ("Bottomless," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the Juju mobile app ("Juju"). Juju is a camera app that records short videos and automatically selects the best photos from them.
What this Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers information collected through the Juju app. It does not cover the practices of third parties we do not control, except as described below.
Information We Collect
Analytics and diagnostic data. When you use Juju, we automatically collect, through our analytics provider (currently Mixpanel):
- A device identifier — a per-device ID used to group analytics from the same device.
- Product interaction and usage data — actions such as capturing, saving, or deleting photos, and how you navigate the app.
- Performance and diagnostic data — technical information such as camera-session behavior, feature performance, and error signals, used to diagnose and fix problems.
- Approximate (coarse) location — a general location such as city or region, derived from your device's IP address. This is not precise GPS location, and Juju never requests location access from your device.
Photos and videos you capture. The short videos and image frames you record are sent to our servers and to a third-party AI provider (currently Google's Gemini API) so they can be analyzed and ranked to select the best shots. This processing occurs in real time, and these images are not retained on our servers after processing.
Photo library access. When you save a favorite, Juju writes that image to your device's photo library and may read from your library to manage saved photos, under the standard iOS photo permission.
Information we do not collect. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, contacts, precise location, health or financial data, or browsing/search history. Juju has no advertising.
How We Share Your Information
We share data only with providers that help us operate Juju, for the purposes above:
- Analytics provider (currently Mixpanel) — analytics.
- AI provider (currently Google's Gemini API) — real-time analysis and ranking of captured images.
- Our hosting provider — to operate the servers that process captures.
We do not sell your information, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers. Juju does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Analytics and Your Choices
We use analytics to understand app usage and performance. This data is linked to a device identifier but is not used for advertising. Juju does not currently offer an in-app analytics opt-out; you can stop collection by deleting the app, which also resets the device identifier described above, or contact us with any request.
Data Security and Retention
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect information handled by the app. Analytics data is retained by our provider for as long as needed for the purposes above. Captured photos and videos are processed in real time and are not retained on our servers afterward; favorites you save remain in your own device's photo library.
Children's Privacy
Juju is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.
State Law Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict certain data. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. Because Juju has no account, we may be unable to associate data with a specific individual; to make a request, contact us below and we will do our best to assist.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
